Subject: Complaint Regarding Show Cancellation and Irresponsible Service

Dear Inox Customer Care,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Inox, specifically regarding a recent incident at your theatre.

On 22-02-2023, my family and I made plans to watch a movie at your theatre. We had initially planned to attend the 9:30 PM show, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we opted for the 10:30 PM show, which was introduced by Inox.

Despite our efforts to arrive promptly, we were shocked to discover upon our arrival at 10:00 PM that the show had been canceled.

The lack of communication and the disregard for our time and inconvenience is deeply troubling. We traveled over 20 kilometers to reach the theatre, only to be told to wait until 10:40 PM for further information, and then abruptly informed of the cancellation at that time.

This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable, especially considering our loyalty to Inox over the years.

As loyal customers who have patronized Inox for several years, we expected better treatment and service. However, this incident has severely tarnished our perception of Inox, and as a result, we have decided to explore other options for our entertainment needs in the future.

We hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Got wrong served order during the movie

1.wet popcorn(Im still worried how its got so wet ) completely melted yukkk and on top they took out half from top and added on top leftover cheese popcorn where as our order was of regular salted popcorn.

2.time changed added leftover cheese popcorn on salted regular popcorn(how you can serve like this on so much expensive popcorns)- which are hardly cost of 6-8% of your charged.

3.coffee tray or sandwich tray was with cockroaches.

Staff not even bother to apologize

I paid full bill not even asked discount nor your staff has offered.

But you guys team definitely no courtesy and its ridiculous the way full act has been served and happened with us.

(Your team thinks clients are stupid )

Ms Roshni who have taken order and sent us food she agreed with all what happened .

Infront of Mr.Sachin (997750****) and MsAnjali who was incharge / manager over there .

Honestly whole scenario was less of humanity made us felt too much and lost of time ( over and all no value of clients) and spoil our time of entertainment.

We went for the trailer screening at Inox Malad which was supposed to start at 14:55. The screening got delayed and we were asked to wait till the previous movie ends.

After waiting for 25 minutes we went inside the auditorium for trailer screening which was supposed to start by now. After reaching there we waited till 15:40. After that I came outside to complaint about this to the man in charge Sandeep. He promised us that he will start the screening.

After we entered the auditorium for the third time the trailer started at 15:43. The trailers played till 15:58 after that we were asked to leave in front of the whole auditorium that was very rude.

Also the seats were not cleaned and my whole pant got wet because of the staff's mistake.

It was a total waste of time.

Also the service we are supposed to get was not worth it because the trailers only played for 15 minutes after asking the reason behind it the manager said it's only for 15 minutes.

I need a serious action against this.

The reason behind this compliant is our whole 1hr was wasted because of Inox management system, on that we were polite from start till the end and still we got the insulting behaviour from Inox staffs, as they literally came towards our seats in the middle of theatre when everyone was present and asked us to get up from the seats and move out of theatre which was very unprofessional and insulting behaviour of staffs. Also the seat where we were seated were wet because of which my pants were wet, there was not proper cleaning done.

Plz take serious action against these issues.

I bought 2 tickets of a 10.15 show, ticket id 211**** and 211****,

Booking person said per ticket i have to pay 210 for which i counter that charges are 150 , he replied no such ticket is there so i agreed and in interval i have been served 2 samosa, i said i didn't purchase it, serving person informed that its been included in tickets.

Post movie i questioned booking person that why this information has not be shared, he said i sent you link and you didn't check, i argued that this information was not been shared by you that you are charging for food and he kept arguing, for which incharge person came and accepted mistake and said sorry.

But I want surety that this fraud will not happen with any consumer

This is a big cheating

Please take appropriate action.

This is to inform you that we have been levied the wrong price for our ticket in Inox Quest Mall , Kolkata - 18th March @7.45 PM Show. With reference to the attached file, we have been charged Rs 152/- (tax invoice attached) on counter ticket purchase (offline purchase with no convenience charge) while the screenshot for the online purchase ( without convenience charge) clearly shows Rs 112/- for both 18th and 19th March in bookmyshow.com.

This is clearly a case of overcharging a discerning customer along with gross violation of pricing rules which needs to be taken very seriously.

Prompt revert and action shall be much appreciated.
